Of course this is something women hear about on a constant but owning a little black dress is absolutely imperative when it comes to wardrobe. Mainly because little black dresses where made for being dressed up or dressed down and are perfect for any occasion. Especially when you don’t really know the dress code for an event. An example of this that the majority of women have faced is date night, because men never really tell us the appropriate attire and therefore we end up awkwardly over or under dressed and either way its terribly embarrassing. Well worry not women, husbands and boyfriends who don’t know how fancy the restaurant will be are in the past now. Since and LBD can be dressed up or dressed down it’s the perfect look for a date night where the attire was never specified

This dress is from Zara and it’s definitely my favorite. Its suede body is classic and warm for the winter season, and the lace sleeves add for a romantic flare. Plus the dress is shifty enough to not be to sensual while not being to baggy so it still gives you great shape. I paired my LBD with maroon lips that match these faux snake skin and suede maroon heels that are absolutely to die for. The thick heel makes them more casual than a stiletto, while still remaining appropriate for a fancy evening. I added a slouchy fish tail braid to give a casual flair. Throw a leather jacket over and your set for any evening.

If you want to make the look even more casual, switch out the shoes for some black booties and a red scarf to match your lip color, worst comes to worst and it is a nicer place then you thought just throw the scarf to the side and the red lips will instantly pull the outfit to another level.
